Large and beautiful apartment with the amazing view to Prague Old Town, Dancing House, Tyn Church, National Theatre and Vaclav Havel’s House of Birth. Total capacity for accommodation is up to 9 persons. All historical sights are within easy reach and in walking distance from the apartment. There is free parking in the streets beside the apartment building only during Weekends even in Blue zone as well. During weekdays (from Monday - Friday) it is approximately for additional 15 EUR / day in Lilla zone. It is possible to park in blue zone during weekday for max. 3 hours and it is also paid. It has two separated bedrooms, large living room and also very well-equipped kitchen. The great advantage of the apartment are 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets and a balcony. There is shopping mall Novy Smichov, Cinema city and many restaurants in the near surroundings.
Die Wohnung ist recht modern und liegt zentral. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, liegt zwar direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber die Fenster dämmen erstaunlich gut. Nur wenn man sie öffnet, wird es laut... was es auch ist, wenn jemand im Treppenhaus ist. Das hat teilweise ziemlich gestört, weil es dort trotz entsprechender Hinweise teilweise sehr turbulent zuging. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien war spärlich, wenig Gläser und Geschirr. Es musste für uns (acht Personen) auch erst ein größerer Tisch und weitere Stühle in die Wohnung geräumt werden. Aber dies wurde ohne Klagen erledigt, insofern verschmerzbar. Auch als der Geschirrspüler seinen Geist aufgab, war recht unkompliziert ein "Geschirrspülteam" zur Stelle. Das war ein guter Umgang mit dem Problem. Ansonsten: direkt am Fluss gelegen, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch Restaurants, man ist flott im Stadtzentrum. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

I had never been in such a comfortable appartment! It´s located perfeclty to discover Prague by walks - you don´t need the metro or tram! We travelled with 5 Persons and this was absolutly no problem. The people of "your Appartment" are friendly, high profesionell and very, very helpful. Every quastions I have was answerd immedeatly. Perfect! Tip: I parked my car at P&R "Ladvi" and took the metro. This was no problem for 5 days.
Loved the apartment and Jan was very accommodating for any requests we had. Stayed for four nights and I have to say this was one of the nicest apartments I have stayed at over the course of several trips to Europe. It was a bit or a walk to Old Town Square but overall a convenient location that was within a reasonable walk to all the major attractions. I thought the neighborhood was really good with many great pubs, restaurants and a big supermarket within 5 minute walk. Will stay here again on my next trip to Praha...
